Coaching is as powerful on the phone as it is face to face.
After we have met the first time, you can decide, for each session,
the way we communicate.
As a fluent English and French speaker we can hold sessions in
either language. |
Together, we can
design a coaching programme tailored to you. From experience I
have found the following:
- One to two sessions are usually
enough for significantly improving a phobia issue
- One to five sessions see you
confidently making the changes that give you the results you
want
- Regular sessions support you in
leading a more efficient and purposeful life.
