“Although I did not realise it at the time, many of the skills
that I accumulated during my City career turned out to be
exactly those I now employ as a coach: understanding how
companies work, having insight into human behaviour, utilising
persuasive communication and, above all, recognising the
importance of listening. Although art is where I escape and
discover myself, I am really passionate about people. I am truly
fulfilled by encouraging someone to explore and to enrich
his/her thinking, to become truly responsible for his/her
thoughts and actions, and therefore to become a bigger and
better person. The reward lies in knowing that I have made a
positive difference to somebody’s experience of life”. |
